Publish in multiple languages

Pavillion stores translatable content as a first-class concept rather than as an afterthought. If your community speaks more than one language — or if you want to reach beyond the language you started in — the system is built to support that. This guide will cover what's translatable, how to add a translation, and what visitors see when their language doesn't match any translation you've published.

Planned scope

• Which fields are translatable
• Adding a translation to an existing event
• Fallback behavior when a visitor's language doesn't match any translation
• The difference between a multilingual calendar (intended for several language communities) and a calendar that happens to have some translated events

In the meantime, the language controls live alongside content fields in the editor.
